Another am I possibly pregnant question?

I started having a sore throat Saturday. Sunday my throat hurt so bad and I couldn't talk. Monday it was still bad so I went to the dr and he said I have bronchitis and put me on prednisone. I only have to take it for 5 days. I was supposed to start my period yesterday and nada. I don't have any af symptoms or anything...just the sickness. I blow my nose every 2 minutes and my throat hurts (all from the bronchitis) I took a test this morning and it was negative. Is there a chance I'm still pregnant? Or is it prob just the meds n sickness? Anyone got similar stories?
