Fluid in ears?

yes this seems to be a severe allergy case for you. Some people are affected by pollen when spring comes and like you said when they are more prevalent. But some people who are very allergic to pollen it hits them all year long without you knowing. You may not be concious of it but your body produces a symptoms. For example if you hit a bell with a iron stick the bell with start vibrating. Same as you, your body took in the allergen in whcih this case was pollen and your body kept vibrating all ear long until now its starting to produce symptoms. Hope you feel better
