H22 into a Honda Prelude 89 2.0 SI 4WS?

Okay i was wondering what the exact parts i need for the swap are if anybody has had experience with the please tell me what you know. Money is not an issue and my father is a mechanic knows how to install engines transmissions pretty much everything but he is not sure of the exact parts he needs other than the obvious engine mount if thats all thats needed an engine mount then please tell me thanks..if i might need any other parts to make sure engine goes in right ...and if it would be possible to keep the a/c with the new vtec inside ... I currently have no engine or transmission in my car as i have given them to my father he himself bought the exact same model car of some guy who he totally low balled and got it for 500 instead of 1500 only problem with the car was a bad obviously from miss usage of the sport shift and age..also any bad things(cons) that come from the vtec ...well obviously anything would be better than nothing right now ..this is my project car ..just felt like doing it because i love the 4 wheel steering i can make really sharp turns no problem and u turns as if it was nothing ..handling and suspension is a dream :) well any help will be appreciated thank you
