Why are most self-proclaimed Christians for legal Abortion?

I don't think that many ppl ARE Christians. Most ppl (myself) included just don't want to say they are not. It is a worst stigma than being gay (was). Ppl are shocked when you say you don't believe. Then they are in constant "fear" for your soul. It is not worth the hle. So I bet many more like me (although as I get older I am much less inclined to straight out lie) are included as Christians when really they are not.
