I really am interested in this guy that has 2 cles with me?!?!?!?

We're both seniors in high school and i've been having his homeroom for the past 3 in a half years now. Somehow, i would never see myself liking him, but i do like him. Uggh. We sit next to eachother in one of the cles, but the other is study hall so we just see eachother from far away because we're separated from our clique of friends. He usually can fool around, and he can be lazy at times. What i like about him is how he won't move his seat even though his friends did. But i don't want to change for him, i just want him to realize that i really like him and want to get to know him. So i don't know if i should play hard to get or just make things simple, (which isn't) and tell him that i like him. He plays video games.(ehh). Some things i like about him but some i don't. I don't what to do. And now since we don't have much to say anymore, it feels like we don't stare at eachother in the hallway or we talk less in the clroom. How should i be around him? Do you think he might be interested in someone that is quiet, nice, plays hard to get, and i usually like to defend myself like i can also be very sarcastic. so HELPP ME!
