I am the devil?

so I have been told by many of the religious, BECAUSE, I am told I know too many answers to religious beliefs and the ancient past. Is knowledge to a "believer" a threat to your security in faith or are you open minded to EXPAND your intellect in the Lord's in heaven's truths, not MINE, but "his.?"
