Will my computer support this video card(s), and perform well?

Yea both cards should work fine since you're the computer have one slot for PCI Express x16 which is compatible with these cards. The two cards are pretty much similar so either one should work fine. Make sure you have enough power to run the graphic card and that the PCI Express x16 slot is free.
