Dumb but serious question...I have a cold and when I bend down, my brain feels a lot of pressure.....?

Am I gonna die? When I bend over and my head is below a 45 degree angle, my nose starts running. Its not mucus that's coming out. Its a more fluid substance. Could it be fluid from my brain? Its very light in color almost light yellow on the tissue. ewww
