How do u put themes in PSP!! I NEED LOTS OF HELP / PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!!?

i really didnt get any answer on my first ques but how do u put themes and music and videos / wallpapers!! everytime i make a folder in the psp using capital letters and cutting the picture i downloaded from internet and then dropping it in THEMES / I NEED LOTS OF HELP
