What can i do for my three month old daughter?

my daughter is turning three next week i took her to the babysitter last monday and she caught a cold from some other kids from there. now she's very congested and i dunno what to do for her she can't even sleep because she can hardly breath help me please she eats and do other thinds well should i take her to ER
