Canadian Forces (Army) quilt patterns?

I wanna make a quilt for my boyfriend he is in the Canadian Forces so I want the quilt to ba about that. I want camo green, red, ect. I would also like to somehow put the yellow ribbon into it (that says Support our troops) anyone have any patterns or know sights where I could find patterns?!
