Diet and exercise..best cles at the gym??
ok..im 5'6 or 5'7....my measurements are.. 36,31,39 and weigh 150...I dont know if thats good or bad but I have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week since july..I havent lost a single inch or pound..WHAT IS GOING ON!?! I take ALOT of cles..I do the cycling and kickboxing and sculpting as well..more cycling then anything and I sometimes go and do the weight machines as well...what do you think is the reason why I havent lost anything..and I dont eat poorly either..but Im also not about it because I know in real life I could never stick to a very strict diet..I need help PLEASE!!!
