Describe how earth would be different today if it contained no radioactive material? ?

There'd be very little difference. The interior would be almost as hot as it is now. There'd be a solid inner core, a liquid outer core and a plastic mantle with convection currents, volcanoes and plate tectonics, and a magnetic field. Most of the heat inside the Earth has been there for the last 4.6 billion years.
