Just going through miscarriage num 6 any ideas?

has any one got any answers coz my consulted is out of them...i have tried aspirin hcg shots and also progesterone pessaries. my husband i amd i have been tested for many thing including hormone chroma zone blood clotting and a few others. the furthest i have got is 5weeks and 4days so some thing is happening real early on. also i have had my womb and tubes checked.
