Remember congress voted on most of the things you listed and the democratic leadership in Louisiana failed, not Bush. The CIA leak actually was blamed on Rove and we now know that it was a democrat that leaked that info. Signing statement have been used by all past presidents. Terrorists have no rights and should not be protected under the constitution of the United States. And the Geneva Convention rules have never been followed by the enemy and the US must fight to win. Because Clinton was impeached on perjury does not Bush has to be impeached on made up lies. Also air pollution was not created overnight and blaming Bush is just a cop out.
