Can you get along with sarcastic and/or cynical people?

I love people who are always being sarcastic and cynical! It totally goes with my cheesy, jokey personality lol. I have a friend who is very much like Dwight from The Office, whereas, I'm like Jim. I feel like me and this friend should have our own hilarious tv show :)
